Internationalisation for french canadian?

Hi,

After looking at the docs for internationalisation, I didn't find my way to get
configuration for the french candadian part of this world unless to reconfigure
everything manually, that is making new database for taxes, UPS, credit cards,
provinces and cities... Is there someones out there from Quebec who can give me
some tips about configuration and how to search for already available database
or should I look for an other more appropriate software. I'm using Debian Linux
by the way and the demo is working fine.
