[ic] minivend - areas -cats - products

Greetings,

I have set up test_minivend with sql enabled and have tried now for a few
weeks to set up the following:

Area: Members Wholesale
Cat: Outdoors
SubCat: Cookware

That's all I want to do but it seems I just don't understand how to do it.
I've read the docs.  Its time to ask for some help here.  I have minimate
installed.  Can anyone step me through this?
