[mv] Writing a file

Has anybody an idea of how to write a file from within minvend?
We would like to generate a special page on the fly from within minivend and
then write it to another directory on the server.
It would be a custom html document containing some mv_variables and other
data from the user db table.
Any code or examples would be appreciated.
