[mv] shipping calculation problem

Hello,
working with MV4.04 RH6.2
I have the following shipping.asc file.
My problem is:
if a client have subtotal less than 200 and he choose the mail option (cost
8.00),
then he continue to shop and increase the subtotal to over 200 (but less
than 800),
I get a shipping 0.00 instead of 25.00.
I now that it some thing with mv_shipmode but I can not figure it out.

Any ideas?
