We are using Verisign on 3 of our IC sites without trouble. No complaints
whatsoever with their service and integration with IC was quite easy.
Follow the steps in the Signio module and you should be ready to go. I'm
not positive on this answer but I think they can use Debit cards (if they
have a Visa or MC logo) but I have not seen check functionality listed
anywhere. Have a good one!
