[ic] Shipping Database...

i am trying to add items for shipping that are price=specific.

Such as total order = $0 to 50 = 9.95 shipping
                                 50.01-100=$14.95 shipping

and so on...

I have these lines in the shipping.asc database, but they don't seem to
work.  Can anyone tell me whati am doing wrong?
