[ic] RE USPS- NEVRMIND!! I did it!!!!
I figured it out so don't waste your time!!
Unless you have a killer tip, than that is always helpful.
I manually made an option tag to point to an existing "Included" method that
I made in ADMIN. huh? maybe this was what I am supposed to do...:)
