[ic] Help with install

Once again I can't get the links to work on the page
http://www.mtgileadonline.com/mtgilead/

This is on my own server which I finally got it finished and mysql is
working and so on

I have read thousands of messages and found 1 that stated that the cgi-bin
can't be a 'ScriptAlias' mine is?

My document root is /home/mtgilead/www/htdocs/

My cgi-bin is located at /home/mtgilead/cgi-bin/

And the file that it created in the cgi-bin bin is just that a file not
folder any ideas would be great.

And the double slashes don't matter.
Just take one out....
