[ic] ZIP+4 breaks shipping
PERL 5.6.1, IC 4.8.3, Linux 2.4.16
I noticed some orders came in with shipping at $0. It seems to only
happen when a ZIP+4 zip code is entered. A ZIP+4 zip passes the
zip=postcode check in the order profile. I am using [ups-query] as my
cost function in shipping.asc.
I checked the demo 3 at http://demo.ic.redhat.com/cgi-bin/ic3 and
noticed similar behavior.
