[ic] shipping field is empty

Solved this one myself.

I had not noticed that there was a message above the shipping field. (e
Nothing to Ship).

As this was a by weight method and the item was missing the weight, no
calculation was done. I fixed the weight and it worked fine.

I still have not resolved the problem with ownership of files yet.
