Hi  Kevin,
I have the trailing "__"  on my CGI_URL
Now I know http:  without "s" is correct.

SECURE_ENABLE was set to General ???
now I set it to:
SECURE_ENABLE    1       General     is it coreckt this way (anyhow it don't
works)
