I recall a problem with timestamps though I'm not sure I was getting
the same error. In my case it got resolved by altering the field
update_date (dbconf/pgsql/transactions.pgsql) to data type
varchar(32). In the past few months I haven't seen any side effects,
but to be on the safe side you can always make a backup of the
original file and restore it later on when needed.
