[ic] Question about wholesale pricing customers

Hello,

I have a question about wholesale pricing customers.  My customer wants the
shopping cart to be configured so that wholesale customers have to buy in
quantity.  I was wondering if this is possible, and how to set it up.   

Ex:  Widget retails for $9.99 (by the each), wholesales for $4.99 but in
quantities of 12 only.
