Well, someone else did the design and just handed us the photoshop files.
This was our first IC customization to such an extent and we just modified
the heck out of the foundation demo.  We setup two foundation catalogs on
this domain, one to modify and one to refer to if we broke anything on the
first one.  The entire process probably took about 30 hours over the course
of a week.
