I am running Interchange 4.8.6

When you first "check out" there are no shipping options listed.  I 
believe I read this is a glitch in the program.  If you 
enter "recalculate", the shipping options show.

Right now the shipping option defaults to UPS Next Day (most expensive 
choice), is there a way to have the default GROUND (least expensive) 
in case a customer forgets to select it?
