    You'll need to modify shipping.asc, among other things eg country,.
Search the archives where you'll find a lot of information about
shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, however, FedEx has
some issues that I'm not sure are resolved yet.  Again you can
find the latest by searching for fedex in the archives.
