[docs] Time to build?

Hey All,

While an update of the docs on the website is a great idea, I think an
update of the printed docs should wait until the next major release. The
reason being that we would get in the habit of coupling a major release of
the software with a major doc release, hence justifying the cost associated
with the purchase and making a bigger splash with the release.

Just a suggestion.

We will do that, indeed, as we release 4.8.3.
