	* Re-formatted the table in section 6.4 (But what do these options do?
	  Where do they live?).  It was being rendered as an un-formatted blob
	  of text.

	* Fixed a formatting bug that caused the table of contents to be
	  indented too far to the right when viewed in "frames mode".
