[docs] Developers' preview again

Hi,

Yesterday I renewed the xmldocs preview at:
http://colt.projectgamma.com/ic/xmldocs/

It might be of a particular interest to note that the
newly added no_html_comment_embed pragma is properly
auto-recognized and indexed by my scripts, and appears in the
documentation. 

I have now uploaded the new pragmas.html file version,
where you can see this in action:
