[interchange-docs] docs --> OFFLINE version (tarball)

today (2007.03.28), and installed on web server...

everything seems to be there, except the install.html file and */install directory..

downloaded tarball TWICE to make sure...

since they DO exist on "ONLINE version"--> "http://www.icdevgroup.org/docs/" i'll rip and fix...

and rip the new for 2007 "Widgets" and "Search Tutorial" sections...

btw: new build of: FreeBSD-6.2, Apache-2.2.4, MySQL-5.1.16, Interchange-5.4.2...
