Well, I'll join in on this.. AND carry it step farther...
Merchant account AND hosting... $50/month... Hotconnect.net.
Remember, Hosting is just 1/2 the solution! Now include your
charges for your Merchant account... AND speed of doing resolutions
(AVS, CV2, ZIP) via the connection.
If you just wanted hosting (already have a merchant account or
plan on doing it manually), hosting is provided by Carlc.com .
We've been on 64bit servers since 1998 with Minivend and
then with Interchange.
We've got a couple sites running interchange/minivend (yeah,
that's how long we've been supporting minivend/interchange)...
We also just submitted our hotconnect/mcve module to Redhat for
integration into interchange (so if you want to host elsewhere
but still need a merchant account).
Enjoy!
