[interchange-biz] web hosting in Australia ???

I am planning to change my web host and run Interchange. Anyone knows a good 
hosting company located in Australia?
I need:

shell access (ssh)
Perl ( no threads)
CGI
crontab
Postgresql
about 100MB of hard disk
I need to be allowed to build applications (eg: run gcc)
