Bug#: 306
Product: Interchange
Version: 4.8.1
Platform: All
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Resolution:
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Admin UI
AssignedTo: mike@minivend.com
ReportedBy: cprince@redhat.com
URL: http://demo.akopia.com
Summary: Table Editor -> New Entry

When using the admin's table editor function "New Entry", the first time a new
entry is added, the key field is populated from the tablename.autonumber file.
When you press Ok to add the new entry, the page redraws for a second new
entry, but the key field is not populated as before. You must click "New Entry"
again.

If this is to prevent incrementing the autonumber counter, it would make more
sense to take them back to the "Edit" page after a new entry.

Also, the counter seems to skip one with each new entry. Ie. I see 00005,
00007, 00009 after creating 3 items.
