+ returns a 500 Server Error with the following output 
+ in /usr/local/interchange/error.log :

+ default interchange install (chose postgres option), with foundation catalog 
+ (tools). Tried both the pacakged 4.7.6 tarball and the latest from CVS.
+ Am submitting bug report as a last resort cos I can't debug it myself & google 
+ not helpful either.
