Platform: PC
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Resolution:
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: Core

Summary: IE/AOL "Page Expired"

This has been mentioned several times in the mailing list, but never formally
submitted into the bugtracker. I tried searching the bugtracker before
submitting this, just to make sure.

To reproduce on demo space 3 store on demo.akopia.com-
You must use Internet Explorer or AOL's browser (blech)
On left frame, click "Levels" under "Measuring tools" (actually, you can click
on *any* item in the left frame)
In center frame, click the "Buy Now" button, which is to the right of the "Qty"
box
You are sent to http://demo.akopia.com/cgi-bin/ic3/expired.html
This page says "Sorry, the page (expired) was not found"
When you go back and refresh the previous page, the item shows up in your cart.

The problem occurs when using Internet Explorer and AOL, but not Netscape. It
can be reproduced in Netscape by turning off cookies. This bug has been giving
myself and many others headaches for some time, and I would greatly appreciate
it if it is fixed with the next release of Interchange. Thank you for your time
and the great software!
