Summary: Some suggested improvements to the bugzilla system

One minor issue is that one must have cookies enabled in order to submit bug
reports. There does not appear to be any documention about this on your site. I
like to run with disabled cookies, and I learned the hard way...
One more important issue is with the way the Akopia Interchange bugzilla is
emailing passwords to new users. It seems that, in your email, the sending
domain is configured to be a non-existent one. Therefore, most properly
configured smtp servers ( such as mine, for example ) will reject your email
outright. This is a problem, since one needs a password to login. I had to
temporarily reconfigure my sendmail server in order to get my password.

Here is my suggested fix:
If you do not want to receive return email at the sending account, you could set
up a virtual user or its' equivalent, and link it to /dev/null. Or you could us
a fake username at your real domain.

Here is the output of my mail log for your reference:

Mar 13 14:21:05 kong sendmail[25958]: f2DJL5w25958: ruleset=check_mail,
arg1=<nobody@localhost.akopia.com>, relay=empty.minivend.com [205.133.134.109]
(may be forged), reject=501 5.1.8 <nobody@localhost.akopia.com>... Domain of
sender address nobody@localhost.akopia.com does not exist
