  * Added FedEx types to the available_www_shipping to fully
    integrate into the UI.

  * Added tag which adds a GPG/PGP key to the keyring, used in new
    CommerceLauncher store builder.

  * Added crypt tag for easy setting of passwords without userdb
    (again for CommerceLauncher, but could be useful elsewhere).

  * Added run_profile which allows you to do a profile test right
    in a page with 1/0 error result. Probably should go in core
    once it is made more general.
