HTML 4 compliance, against my better judgement. If the W3
had provided a pedantic mode for their validator, this would all be
moot. Every single browser in the world accepts this; they must or 98%
of the web would break. Shame on you, W3, for flagging this as non-compliant
in the HTML 4.01 transitional type.
