Log Message:
	* OOPS. Committed wrong stuff, notably blowing away
	  pages/admin/index.html. This should be OK.

	* Repeating last comments, fixed images/products combined upload
	  problem (Bugzilla #251)

	* Added map capability so that we don't need to have separate
	  CommerceLauncher and Wizard pages when only mv_nextpage/mv_prevpage
	  differ. This should be generally useful for custom wizard pages. Map is
	  in pages/include/wizard_profiles.
