Log Message:
	* newcat program runs with Gtk now.

	* This is still very early in the process, but it now makes
	  a catalog that is not discernibly different than one made
	  by makecat.

	* Don't start work on this code, because it is about ready
	  to be completely ripped up again. All installation definitions
	  are going to be put in outboard files -- no installation 
	  information at all will be in the modules.
