[interchange-i18n] Help, please

Michel, thanks for your sharing your knowledge.
I am finally using locale.cfg and a single html set as it seems much simpler
to maintain.
By the way, what is the "text_no" in the [msg text_no] tag? It does its job
with or without it...?
