[interchange-i18n] Passing locale parameters from HTML

Great!  I now have a working bilingual catalog.  Actually my site is a stripped
down storefront to allow payments by customers (no products are sold).
Interchange is  a challenging but very impressive package.  Great value  for
customers and developers. Thanks again Stefan for your precious help.

The translations are for my particular storefront but if somebody needs them I
can make them available.
