[interchange-i18n] List being shut down

Folks,

The interchange-i18n list once filled an important role, but in recent 
years has not been used at all.

Discussions of i18n and l10n issues are welcome on the main 
interchange-users list, so there is no need for this separate list and we 
are shutting it down effective immediately.

Please subscribe to interchange-users and/or interchange-announce if you 
haven't already, and we'll see you over there.
