[ic] Avoiding CPAN (re)install

Well, I've been looking into Interchange and have been trying to install =
it on and off for a while now. I've got to where I'm fairly confident =
and have figured out the problems I was previously having, and on a =
little reflection, I am moving the install to a different partition.
So, how do I keep from re-installing the Interchange CPAN bundle? I've =
re-installed a couple of times and each time I've re-built perl. If I =
say no to the prompt, it errors out. I don't have the specific error in =
front of me. Running RH 6.2 / IC 4.6.0
Any ideas? Something I'm missing? Thanks.
