Do you have the v4.6 admin interface up?

If so try going into the content section, and bringing up the various pages, and
set them to "Page with top/bottom areas only, content in the middle." You might
try Page with top/left areas, and then specify none for Horizontal before and
after Content. You can avoid hacking any of the templates using this methodology.

Having done this to all of the pages that you wish to use you will have a plain
vanilla site.

Then play with Cybercash, and have fun...
