Michael:

Being relatively new to the list, and having asked my share of simple questions, and
getting some good help and some sarcastic comments, I feel that I should give back a
little, so don't worry about the simple questions.

As far as I know, the only way to change the cart Logo etc is to edit the templates.
The main templates you need to worry about are in the directory
.../catalogs/templates/regions/... They are called LEFTONLY_TOP and the like reasonably
named based on what they do. You can either modify these, or, go up one level to the
directory templates and create files in there which point to the templates in the
regions directory. I chose to modify the ones provided by akopia.

What I did was to modify LEFTONLY_TOP first, get it looking the way I wanted and then
change the rest. The image names are pretty crappy b4.gif and b4_b.gif for the checkout
button, as I remeber. You can change the names to whatever you like, but you will need
to change them in multiple places.

You can change the logo and other stuff for the admin site through the admin interface
variable table.
