[ic] cart for download only products??

I'm setting up a second Interhchange cart.  The different thing about this
one is it will be a software download only type products.  So I need to get
rid of the shipping stuff, and create some sort of re-direct to have them
download the software.

Has anybody done this before I would appreciate any instights you might
have.  I've tried to look for some docs put haven't seen anything yet.
