[ic] Setting up new catalogs

I've successfully installed IC4.6.2 on RH 7 and the demo store works great
off the default database. But I want to run the DB for MySQL and have had
problem with creating the database from the script. The database is created
but no tables or data is created. I restarted IC and MySQL with no luck.
Please help ASAP as a newbie to IC, I love the demo store, but I need to
figure out how to customize it and use MySQL for the back end.
