I'm rolling up the sleaves and working with 4.6 of IC, which is a major
jump for me from MV 3.12.

I found it extremely helpful with MV to have a single file that contains
the entire documentation set, but I haven't found that equivalent at the
Akopia site.  Does this exist and if so, where?  If not, any chance, I
for one would really appreciate it...
