[ic] Minimum Order Amount

Again, thanx you guys for helping me out with this.  Now FYI I did have to
make one change to this and it was (and please correct me if I'm wrong)
instead of gt 2 I put > 2.  The reason being 1-2 items ordered showed the
error message, 3-9 items ordered allowed the person to check out, but 10
or more you must order 3 items or more to check out appeared.  Changed gt
2 to > 2 and all works fine.  Since I am one of the most clueless people
in the world please feel free to correct me if I should not have done
this.
