[ic] Possible bug on Catagory Banners in Construct example?

    We have created some new categories and when we try to set a Banner
Text for them the most resent change remains constant on all
categories.  What's worse is that the MySQL database shows the correct
data in the CAT table, yet my co-worker does not see any change at all
in the actual banner text.    I notice that the a variable
va=Link_Banner has a url for  a HTML page of the same name as the banner
text.  So I am now wondering if the banner text is the name of a HTML
file instead of just text that gets added to the banner.

    As confusing as this all sounds, believe me it looks allot worst.
