[ic] Updated BGCOLORS

Ok couldn't leave well enough alone. I have added to the files available
text, link, vlink, & alink. These require mods to your templates and
pages to work. I do have a minor issue that I would like some light on.
While these mods work it is not writing to the page in the [set
text][/set] that I added. Any ideas? The page tested reflects the
changes made with the UI but the set part shows empty.
