It would be pretty easy to put something like this on the initial

	$Config->{VendURL} = $Config->{SecureURL};
	$Session->{Autoload} = <<'EOF';
    $Config->{VendURL} = $Config->{SecureURL};

At that point, the user will get secure for all accesses.
