[ic] Editing a template and a paypal question

Hello all,
I setup a catalog using the construct template.  I have two questions:
1) How do you edit the "welcome to _______, your online hardware store!" =
title in the cell below the logo and links at the top of the page?

2) Is there a way to incorporate paypal into interchange so that you can =
use it as your billing system?
