It turns out I forgot the interchange.cfg file is in /etc and the file in
/usr/lin/interchange is a symbolic link that I overwrote by accident. Thank
you for helping me nail it down.

Robert,

It appears that the that in your catalog.cfg the line is not entered right.
Can you send the lines from your catalog.cfg file that has the variable for
your DSN?
