Scott - I may be wrong, but I don't think that there is a catalog directive 
for this, though you may want to give the docs on Order Routing a good read.

You could also use the [encrypt] usertag which I posted to the list a week 
or so ago. It hasn't been added to the usertag library at akopia.com, but 
I'm certain you can find it in the maillist archives.
