[ic] How to create subcategories

The links in the left menu are from database entries. You need to alter
the db and mine out the info. The number of levels deep is totally up to
you but it does get very confusing much after 3. Perhaps what I am
missing is you may be trying to do with straight UI and what I sent you
is how yo edit your actual files.
