I removed the url.  I still get the problem.  The error can easily be
recreated by going to my shopping cart, add a dummy credit card number with
a valid expiration date.  I did add a disclaimer with the error message that
the customer sees and that seems to be helping with the lost orders.

The error is the standard error message that state that the error is shown
below in green.  However, no error is shown anywhere on the page.

Any more ideas?
