[ic] How to make shipping appear without reload the page?

In the process page,i have Greece as the default country and i have made
a shipping method called "simple post".
They appear on default when someone enters that page.
My problem is that the user has to hit the "refresh" button so as to see
his shipping cost,otherwise it's zero/.
Is there a way to avoid that(not to have to reload the page to show the
shipping cost but have the shipping when he enters the process page?)
