[ic] Where is interchange.cfg

This is what my directory contains. You may have gotten a bad install or
something. You may want to reinstall.

My directory contains a folder called catalog, which contains sound4le(store
name) then all the others backup, config, dbconfig ect.
However I dont see interchange.cfg anywhere?
